MOVLIMIT – Lift and Swing Limitation
The MOVLIMIT lift and swing limitation enables safe work in railway, road, and tunnel construction. The multidimensional working area limitation can be easily defined on the left, right, and top. The limit points for the lift and swing range are approached and confirmed on the touchscreen. When a limit area is reached, the pilot control for this movement is actively blocked and the excavator no longer moves further. The damping rate can be individually adjusted to prevent abrupt stopping. The system is ready for use within one day and can be mounted on a wide variety of excavators.

MOVLIMIT GNSS
The MOVLIMIT GNSS lift and swing limitation system significantly increases workplace safety. Particularly in track construction projects, the system protects both personnel and machines through clear limitations.
MOVIEW
MOVIEW enables visualization of the excavator bucket from various perspectives. The exact bucket position is captured based on distances, depths, and slopes using inclination sensors.
Additional surveying, erecting a string line framework, or complex re-measurement thus becomes unnecessary. The system displays all relevant position information directly on the display in the cab.
Enables high-precision work based on horizontal reference, inclination reference, and laser reference.
MOVCONTROL
The MOVCONTROL assistance system automates machine movements. This relieves the excavator operator during repetitive processes and increases productivity and accuracy.
