FUSION High-Voltage Distribution Systems
Robust high-voltage distribution for electric machines and vehicles – developed for demanding off-highway, commercial vehicle, and special applications.
DC Fast Charging Interfaces
The central interface of the electrical system
With the high-voltage distribution systems of the FUSION product family, SUNCAR connects central high-voltage components such as battery, inverter, motor, charger, and fast charging system into a safe and integrated overall system. The systems were specifically developed for applications with high requirements for robustness, safety, and integration capability.
The high-voltage distribution systems of the FUSION series connect battery, inverter, charger, DC-DC converter, motors, and optional fast charging systems within electric or hybrid machines. They handle the safe distribution, protection, and integration of high-voltage energy within the vehicle.
The systems were specifically developed for electric construction machines, commercial vehicles, municipal vehicles, and special applications. Robust aluminum housings, high-quality components, and protection classes up to IP67 enable reliable operation even under demanding environmental conditions.
In addition to hardware, SUNCAR also supports fusing design, cable architecture, and system integration up to plug-and-play complete solutions including wiring harnesses.
Custom Solutions
Customer-Specific Solutions
Based on modular PDU and system architectures, we develop efficient and reliable solutions for customer-specific requirements. Depending on the project, we use existing platforms as a basis or develop completely new solutions – always tailored to the respective application.
Thanks to our many years of experience in the development and system integration of complete machines, comprehensive engineering know-how flows directly into the design. This results in both scalable standard solutions and fully customer-specific developments.
