As a Swiss manufacturer, we develop and produce innovative and reliable DC fast charging interfaces for demanding electric machines and vehicles. The systems handle communication, monitoring, and safety-critical functions of the charging process and enable OEMs to easily integrate modern high-performance charging technologies.

Marketable electric machines and commercial vehicles require short charging times, high availability, and robust charging infrastructure. With our vehicle-side DC fast charging interfaces, we deliver the enablers for short charging times in the field. Unlike conventional AC charging with an on-board charger, DC fast charging enables significantly higher charging power and substantially reduces downtime during operation.
The INTERFLOW and MEGAFLOW systems handle central functions of the charging process directly on the vehicle side. These include switching and disconnecting the HV systems of the vehicle and charging station, communication between EV and EVSE, current and voltage measurement, safety monitoring, and thermal management. This enables modern fast charging standards such as CCS, GB/T, or future MCS to be efficiently and safely integrated into machine platforms.
Our systems were specifically developed for demanding operating conditions in off-highway systems. They combine robust hardware with modular system architecture and optional integration support as well as customization by SUNCAR.

Vehicle-side charging integration
The systems integrate high-voltage switching technology, measurement and monitoring functions, and communication interfaces on the vehicle side, reducing development effort and integration risks.
CCS, GB/T, and MCS communication
Support for current industry standards such as ISO15118-2 / -20, DIN70121, GB/T, and the Megawatt Charging System (MCS) for minimal charging times. Bidirectional applications are also enabled.
Safety and monitoring functions
Galvanically isolated current and voltage measurement, temperature sensors, interlock systems, and derating functions ensure safe charging processes under real operating conditions. The charging controller additionally offers integration of DC charging-specific safety functions according to ISO 26262 up to ASIL B.
Developed for off-highway applications
Robust aluminum housings, industrial components, and high protection classes enable use in construction machinery, commercial vehicles, and heavy-duty applications.
