At SUNCAR, the safety, reliability, and quality of our electrical systems and vehicles are paramount. Despite the highest development standards, vulnerabilities in software or hardware components can never be entirely ruled out. To respond quickly and professionally to security risks, we have established a central Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT).
How to Report a Vulnerability:
If you have discovered a potential security risk or vulnerability in a SUNCAR product, we kindly ask you to inform us.

Important Information for Your Report:
- Affected product / system component
- Type of vulnerability (e.g., software bug, unauthorized access)
- Steps to reproduce the problem (PoC – Proof of Concept)
- Potential impact of the risk
