Together with KTEG GmbH, SUNCAR developed the ZE135, a 13.5 t electric excavator.
The excavator features a powerful electric drive with a maximum drive output of 160 kW, enabling 3–4 hours of operating time without generating exhaust or noise emissions.
The ZE135 is also based on a comprehensive safety concept, including interlock protection for the battery and drive system.
Fast charging ensures straightforward operation, with high charging power of up to 150 kW DC and a modern charging interface (CCS2), resulting in a charging time of only around 90 minutes.
The proven Akasol battery system with thermal conditioning, an on-board capacity of 200 kWh, and a maintenance-free electric drivetrain powers the machine. The maintenance interval of 1,000 operating hours helps reduce maintenance costs.
In the ZE135, a multifunction color monitor with a clear display of all relevant system parameters, access to all functions via multifunction control, and the familiar Hitachi cab comfort ensure a pleasant working experience.
