Last year, we successfully realized numerous challenging customer projects – from state-of-the-art high-voltage systems and electrification platforms to complex special solutions. This was only possible through the dedicated collaboration of our teams in development, design, engineering, administration, logistics, and purchasing, who deliver outstanding results every day with their expertise, creativity, and strong team spirit.
However, a strong team is not only built through work. It is forged through shared experiences, laughter, spontaneous break moments, and unforgettable events. These are firmly embedded at SUNCAR and are as much a part of our corporate culture as innovation and quality.
Whether it’s barbecue lunches, our legendary Jass tournament with fondue, the Bike-To-Work Challenges, practical bike repair sessions, or lunchtime training runs: they all bring us closer together. In addition, there are countless cakes, Prosecco Friday, intense foosball duels, an exciting guided tour of Zurich Main Station, our annual foosball tournament, the cozy mulled wine get-together, the joint Christmas party, and the hot dog get-together, which has now achieved cult status.
These moments strengthen us as a team, foster exchange between all departments, and create an atmosphere where innovation and collegiality are mutually promoted.
