Last year, we successfully completed numerous challenging customer projects – from state-of-the-art high-voltage systems and electrification platforms to complex specialised solutions. This was only possible thanks to the dedicated collaboration of our teams in development, design, engineering, administration, logistics and purchasing, who deliver outstanding performance every day with their expertise, creativity and strong team spirit.
But a strong team is not created by work alone. It is created through shared experiences, laughter, spontaneous breaks and unforgettable events. These are firmly anchored at SUNCAR and are as much a part of our corporate culture as innovation and quality.
Whether it's barbecue lunches, our legendary Swiss Jass tournament with fondue, the Bike-To-Work challenges, practical bike repair sessions or training runs over lunchtime: they all bring us closer together. Add to that countless cakes, Prosecco Friday, intense table football duels, an exciting tour of Zurich main station, our annual table football tournament, cosy mulled wine gatherings, our Christmas party and the hot dog party, which has now achieved cult status.
These moments strengthen us as a team, promote exchange between all departments and create an atmosphere in which innovation and collegiality are mutually encouraged.
