New products in 2025: High-voltage components for the next generation of electric machines and vehicles

In 2025, SUNCAR will expand its product portfolio with three powerful high-voltage components specially developed for demanding electric commercial vehicles, construction machinery and off-highway applications. With the new FUSION, MEGAFLOW and INTERFUSION series, we are laying important technological foundations for the electrification of future machines, vehicles and charging technologies.

FUSION800S-G – compact high-voltage distribution for versatile applications

With the FUSION800S-G, SUNCAR is introducing a new high-voltage distribution unit (HVDU) that stands out for its compact design, robustness and high flexibility. Up to ten consumers can be connected – from small 5 A outputs to high-current connections up to 600 A.

Key features include:

• System power up to 800 VDC / 500 A
• IP67 protection rating for use in harsh environments
• Optional insulation monitor, interlock and temperature sensor
• Compact dimensions of 280 × 230 × 111 mm

These features make the FUSION800S-G ideal for electric construction machinery as well as municipal and industrial vehicle applications.

MEGAFLOW1500 – MCS charging interface for megawatt charging

With the MEGAFLOW1500, SUNCAR is launching a high-current charging interface that has been specially developed for large battery-electric commercial vehicles, construction machinery and heavy-duty applications. The system supports continuous 1500 A charging power and uses active cooling to safely handle the highest currents.

Special features include:

• Compatible with the Megawatt Charging System (MCS)
• Support for international standards (IEC 61851-23-3, ISO 15118-20)
• Galvanically isolated current and voltage measurement
• Integrated temperature and interlock sensors
• Robust IP65 housing
• Compact design (585 × 356 × 210 mm, 45 kg)

The MEGAFLOW1500 enables easy integration into modern high-performance charging systems and prepares vehicles for the next generation of faster and more energy-intensive charging processes.

INTERFUSION800S-G – HV distribution for complex electric drive structures

The INTERFUSION800S-G complements the product family with a high-voltage distribution system specially developed for complex electric and hybrid drive architectures. It safely connects the battery, inverter, charger and fast charging system within a HV system.

Key product features:

• Up to 800 VDC system voltage
• Fast charging power up to 250 kW
• IP67 protection for off-highway and heavy-duty use
• Galvanically isolated HV measurement (current/voltage)
• Support for CCS 2.0 and GB/T
• Optional insulation monitor, CAN communication and temperature monitoring
• Modular and scalable – suitable for various HV topologies

The INTERFUSION800S-G enables the safe and efficient embedding of all central high-voltage components, making it ideal for advanced electric drives.
